Premium polls
Yes! If you manage many pages on Facebook, you can publish premium polls on all of them with an unlimited premium subscription. But one given poll can only be installed on one page at a time. You can use the “Duplicate” button to replicate a poll and install it on a second page.
No, this is a one-time purchase and we do not have the ability to charge your credit card automatically. We will send you an email with a link to renew your subscription two weeks before the expiration.
Yes, the application will generate a PDF invoice that you can download from your account page. The name and address used for the invoice are the ones from your Paypal account. Make sure they are up to date before making your purchase as we do not issue customized invoices.
We only accept Paypal payments but you don’t need to create a Paypal account to make the transaction. Paypal allows you to pay with a credit card or e-check.
Absolutely! We are dedicated to make our customers happy so if you’re not 100% satisfied and ask for a refund within 14 days following your purchase, we will give you back your money.
Poll creation
See this blog article for step-by-step instructions on how to change the name and image of your tab.
If you have signed up for an Unlimited Premium account, you can also use the Contest for Facebook app with no additional charges. It is essentially the same app as the poll app with a few minor tweaks. Make sure your contest respects Facebook promotion guideline.
Since polls created by our customers usually have a limited time duration, we do not keep a list of live examples. You can however take a look at our demo poll.
Please see this blog post for a step by step procedure on how you can add images directly in the introduction text or thank you mesage.

Sharing and publishing polls
No. The poll application is specifically designed for Facebook. It cannot be embedded in a page outside of Facebook.
No. Facebook does not yet allow applications to interact directly with groups. The best you can do is post a link to your poll on your group’s wall.
This usually happens when a poll was installed on a page and then the tab was removed from the page. Please see this post for a step-by-step procedure to restore the tab on your page.
You can only have one poll per tab and Facebook only allows one tab per page for each application. However, you can use the Survey App, the Poll App and the Contest App together to publish up to 3 tabs on your page.
Yes. You can set the poll results to be publicly accessible from the description section. If you want to share the results privately instead, you will find at the bottom of the results page a “Share this page” button that opens a popup with a link you can copy and share with others.
Answering polls
Publishing a poll in a tab of your page is a premium feature that requires the upgrade of your account. If you do not wish to pay for the application, you can remove the poll from your page by going to the share section and clicking “Publish to my page” and then “remove”. The poll will continue to work outside of your page and you can still post the poll on your page wall.
Yes. Just make sure you share the poll with your friends using the link and tools presented in the Share section.
It depends. If you have selected the option ”Prevent participants from answering multiple times by using Facebook ID” in the advanced options of the description section, participants will have to authorize the app before they can submit the form. If instead you have selected the cookie option, participants will not have to authorize the app but you won’t have access to the list of participants.
The cookie method for preventing multiple votes is not as reliable as using Facebook IDs. A cookie is a tiny bit of information stored on the participant’s computer and it can be deleted. If you plan on making a contest, you should consider using the Facebook ID option instead of cookies to avoid cheating.
All the polls are public but we do not advertise them or list them. This means your poll will stay invisible until you start sharing it. If you install the poll in a tab on your page, only the fans of the page can acces it by default.
Poll results
Yes, but only for premium polls. At the bottom of the detailed answers page, there is a link to download a CSV file that can be opened with Excel. The data is the same as what is displayed on the detailed answers page.
If you are the admin of the poll, go to the app and click on the Results button. If you are not the admin, the results might not be public. Contact the admin of the poll for more information.
If you have checked the option “Prevent participants from answering multiple times by using Facebook ID” in the advanced options of the description section, you will have access to the list of participants with their names on the results page. If you need to associate the names of the participants with their answers, uncheck the “Anonymous” checkbox.
By default and to keep user’s privacy, we do not associate directly the names of the participants with their answers. If you need this information, you can uncheck the “Anonymous” checkbox from the advanced options in the description section of your poll.
Poll admin
No. There can only be one admin (Facebook profile) for each account.
Yes for premium users. Contact us with a link to the facebook profile of the actual owner of the premium account and a link to the facebook user you wish to make the transfer to.
No. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we only do email support. You can usually expect an answer within the next 24 hours.
